I'm reviewing changeover for our planned loading rigid components into interchangeable nests with Fairino FR10 in a precision parts inspection area. The nest insert for a rigid connector housing closely resembles another family insert and appears reversible in its mounting.
Before automated use, I'd like to establish how tooling identity, orientation and the selected recipe should be checked together.
Can the reversed insert reach the intended seat, according to the drawings? Check that first, alongside which insert revision the recipe expects.
