Why is the FR10 blank-loading sketch still missing its open gripper?

The loading proposal reaches the aluminium blank into our mill fixture, but the gripper disappears at the door and the open-tool withdrawal is not shown. I want the actual assembly checked before stores starts pricing spares for a tool nobody has proved can leave the machine.

Have they supplied the complete tool model at all?

Toolmaker has it. The layout author used only its centre point. We have asked for the body, fingers and fittings in the same view as the actual open door.

Include the held blank and release opening too; the tool can fit on approach and still need more room after it opens.

Also show the setter's fixture-change space. Finding a clear path for the robot should not erase the person who prepares the machine

Callum, exactly. Where does the removed fixture go, Nina?

Onto the handling trolley beside the opening. The first stand position occupies its turning space. Integrator is comparing a farther position with the same tool and trolley included.

Then make them complete that comparison rather than switching to a smaller imaginary tool halfway through; any different fingers need their own handling and load assessment.

Has the farther position preserved normal cleaning access as well, Nina? Trolley clearance alone will not answer that task

Setter accepted the trolley and cleaning access in that candidate. The complete open tool still meets the door on withdrawal, so the integrator has not recommended it. Thank you, Anna, keeping one assembly made the comparison clear.

Are they proposing different tooling now, or another position?
