Our positioning assembly samples setup is missing its controller (Fairino FR5)

I bought a complete Fairino FR5 package for positioning assembly samples from an unnamed seller in China. Only the arm arrived; we're missing the controller and the controller power lead. For 8 days the seller has said they shipped separately without giving a second reference. Our crate and packaging are still here.

What's the package count on your delivery note? Match its identifier to the agreed contents so the missing balance is clear.

One package identifier. Our order lists the arm, controller, and the controller power lead. I've checked all the foam compartments. Neither missing item is hiding underneath.

Send that inventory with photos of the crate label. Ask the seller to assign the controller and the controller power lead to a package number and provide its transport reference.

Missing contents or missing parcel, then? This separate-shipment story isn't in our order paperwork.

You can describe the remaining items as undelivered. That sticks to your inventory without guessing how the seller packed them.

@NadiaAbbott0030 Exactly. With only one package on the note, the controller wasn't in that shipment. Ask for the other consignment details.

One recorded package. That's all the note establishes. It doesn't tell us what belonged inside, or prove another shipment exists

Agreed, I jumped from count to contents. Your inventory shows what's absent. The seller still owes you the packing and dispatch explanation.

@OscarAli0184 Is the arm useful for any setup work while the controller is missing?

Paperwork and visible label checks, yes. Keep the arm off, and don't try another controller just because it looks similar.

It's staying off. The empty space on our bench is annoying, but borrowing a controller wasn't part of my plan.
