How do I trace our FR5 mounting kit beyond a delivered consignment?

We have the FR5 arm crate and a receipt saying two packages, but the receiving photograph shows one crate. The mounting kit has its own crate identifier and nobody has located it. Can the freight agent trace that identifier through the consolidated delivery instead of sending us the master delivered page again?
