Our FR5 pattern turns loaded box ends over gaps; I need packaging and tooling to review the same section.

Put the box's required bearing areas on that section, because the outside rectangle can fit while the load inside has nowhere useful to sit.

Packaging drawing identifies two bearing strips. One crosses the gap in each turned position.

Has packaging judged that actual arrangement, Will? The overlay gives them a question but does not supply their answer.

Have the toolmaker show the withdrawal in the same lower-layer revision. We had a support section lag behind the finger drawing, and the two teams were agreeing to different cartons.

Also cost a simpler arrangement if one preserves support; don't let the maximum box count become the only option dispatch is allowed to consider.

Packaging rejected the turned positions. Tooling is comparing straight rows against that same packed-box reference.

Farah, agreed on comparing, though a straight row still needs its own completed support and access review. Simpler is not automatic approval.

Yes, LeahBell. I want it priced as a candidate, not smuggled in as the answer.

Include the ordinary short-order endings in that candidate. The operator may never build the complete top layer shown in the proposal.

Short orders added to the comparison, with dispatch identifying the common stopping quantities. No new layer count agreed yet.

Has the combined review returned a usable straight-row option, Will, or are the short-order endings still being worked through?
