I've got a price for the FR5 and gripper. My colleague wants fixture work and staff cover costed before another meeting. Fair enough, but nobody will own those estimates. How do I get a bounded first step agreed?

Ask for one priced observation of the present connector-loading job, with a named fixture person and agreed staff time. Has anyone refused that specific request, or are you still debating the whole purchase?
