Our brass-blank removal sketch omits the gripper and open door; I need complete geometry before accepting its reach claim.

Has the toolmaker specified how the brass blank is held, including the adapter and fittings behind the fingers? I'd want that assembly against the installed door through removal and empty return, not another line showing the wrist can visit the fixture.

Held orientation is specified, but the tool sketch has no rear fittings and the door is generic.

Then name both missing inputs. An improved tool drawing won't supply your installed door position.

Machine lead owns the door survey; integrator is collecting the toolmaker's full assembly against that held orientation.

Include the human work around the machine too. Where does the setter stand, bring the fixture through and service it with the proposed base in place? Those tasks can be obstructed even if the robot's own route looks comfortable.

And assess the loaded tool against applicable limits. More geometry also means more than the blank's mass.

Returned model shows withdrawal clear, but the proposed base overlaps the setter's fixture trolley approach. No arrangement selected.

That gives the layout review something concrete. A changed base position could affect the robot path and loading again, so I would have the integrator compare complete alternatives with the setter, not relocate the base on the strength of a trolley outline alone.

Both are reviewing a relocated-base candidate; its full tool route and load assessment remain incomplete, so selection stays open.
