How do I find the UR5e program these screenshots came from?

I've inherited a teaching inspection cell and the handover has fourteen pendant pictures called final. Two show different subprogram names. I asked which is current and got 'the robot has the latest one'. Brilliant, but I'd like a recoverable set before we need one. What do I ask the integrator for beyond another screenshot?

Ask for the complete exported program set and its revision, including called routines. Then ask them to match it to the installed set, not just name it latest.

They've sent an archive called handover_final2. No revision inside the email. I think the naming problem has followed us into a zip file.

We had final, final-new and USE-THIS on an inherited station. The useful bit was getting the integrator to identify the installed files with us, then explain the odd files left behind. Renaming the folder would have hidden half the story.

Ask them to identify that archive against the installed program. File names alone will not settle the two subprogram names in your pictures.

One picture is from the old camera recipe. They say the archive is current, but the recipe file itself isn't included. I'm adding that to the request.

I'd ask which inspection result the saved recipe is meant to produce on your reference sample too, otherwise recovering all the files may still leave you wondering whether the right inspection came back

Owen, do you mean a known good sample only? Ours looked recovered until we tried a reject and it passed that as well.

Both expected pass and expected reject references, with the actual acceptance rules; your example is exactly why I'd be unhappy with 'it runs again'

Thanks, Jane. I'd only listed the good housing. Adding the marked reject we use for teaching, with its expected result.

Integrator identified the export as revision 6 and recipe as revision 3, and explained the old call name. We still need the dependency list and a checked recovery procedure. At least final2 now has a meaning.

Keep the old pictures marked superseded. Someone may already have printed them, and another copy called final will make this a pain again.
