How do I describe a UR5e request that nobody received?

Our coupon screen says rejected when the brief PLC request disappears before application receipt. I can't teach that wording; who should own clearing in this ordinary job handshake?

I once had a trainee explain a timeout as a failed inspection because that was the only red message available. He had understood the screen perfectly; the screen was wrong. Get the PLC and application authors to describe receipt, inspection result and an uncertain request separately. They need to agree who retains each state and what event clears it. A wider pulse alone leaves you with the same ownership question, just less often.

Thanks, Noah. Both authors are rewriting the exchange; I've removed the unsupported rejection wording from our lesson.
