Have the integrator identify the installed package, then trace a plate through it with the incoming maintainer. Include the ordinary signal meanings, missing-result behaviour and who resolves uncertainty. A stack of screenshots becomes useful once it illustrates that explanation; until then it is a very colourful guessing exercise.
