Found the bracket from our FR10 planning notes. Already corrected. Its first released reading was never recorded.

We kept a corrected sample once and everyone treated it as the original failure because it still had the old tag. What records do you have from before the correction, Ada?

A restrained alignment tick and 'out after release'. No measured value or named feature.

Then don't measure it now and call that the original failure.

Can the process specialist use the old account to choose current samples for a traceable comparison, rather than try to recover a value nobody wrote down?

Yes. Current samples selected with quality. First released inspection will be recorded before any correction.

Old sample relabelled as corrected. Its original failed dimension remains unknown. Thanks for the tag warning.
