Our locator trial had several clean sleeve placements into one tray. The replacement tray caught a sleeve at its pocket edge. I have both tray identities, but no dimensional comparison yet.

What was visibly different at that pocket when the sleeve caught? Report the clean placements and the later catch separately, with the tray identities. I would not call the locator ineffective from that alone, but the first tray also cannot stand in for the replacement. Whoever owns the tray comparison needs those two observations.
