What proves our UR5e delivers one supported panel from the stack?

The vacuum report proves a seal on one aluminium panel. What should cover stack separation and supported delivery?

Ask for an assessment of the actual stack conditions, support through the transfer and the released panel's condition, with a defined way to establish single-panel delivery. A vacuum indication alone can belong to a pickup carrying more than one sheet. The handling design also needs an authorised response when that single-panel condition is not established, so the operator is not asked to infer it from a tidy-looking stack.

Supplier's proposed scope now includes those checks and the uncertain-pickup response. Stack assessment results are still outstanding.
