New locator helped until we swapped the tray

Same nominal tray, different physical one. I haven't compared the pockets or locating faces yet. Kept both beside the trial notes.

Then say exactly that in the update. Did you change any pickup points between trays?

No point edits. I've rewritten it as better pickups on the first tray, miss after replacement, tray differences still being checked. Not the triumphant update I had in mind.

It is still useful to someone trying the same thing. Include the observed run size and whether you reseated either tray, so they know what the better result actually covered. You don't need a victory announcement to report a worthwhile experiment.
