UR5e trim-plate scratches that follow the lamp

Our accepted trim plate gains a labelled scratch when we tilt it. The real rejected sample has a much quieter mark. I want those physical decisions to survive the next lighting comparison.

We did a little comparison with one plate, one lamp and deliberate presentation changes before ordering anything. It was enough to show that our dramatic stripe followed the reflection, while the physical mark stayed put. Keep your accepted and rejected samples identified, and have quality point to what matters on each; the biggest line in the photograph doesn't get to win by being loud.

Quality has marked the actual reject area on our sample map. The accepted plate's moving band has no corresponding damage, so I've withdrawn that scratch label.

Who will retain those samples during the comparison? A clean replacement from stores may look similar without being the same physical reference.

Quality is keeping them in separate labelled sleeves. They're available for the imaging comparison, not going back into the production box.

Good. Now see whether the real mark stays visible when your ordinary loader seats the rejected plate. That's less glamorous than trying another light, but cheaper if the holder is the problem.

Does the loader have a visible seating reference on the holder, rather than needing to imitate the pose in your best photograph?
