I'm buying Universal Robots UR5e from an unnamed seller in China for loading small inspection fixtures, with an agreed pre-shipment sample-handling demonstration using the sample handling gripper. The clip shows general arm motion, but no identifiable package or clear tooling and sample-handling view. I've waited 24 days for a more specific recording.
I can't connect this one to our order
We're working at a small sample handling bench
Is there a written list of the observations agreed for this demonstration? Comparing it with the clip would make the omitted checks and identification gap explicit.
Yes. Our checklist includes loading small inspection fixtures with the selected the sample handling gripper. The seller sent identifier photos separately, but nothing connects those to the moving setup
Ask for a recording linking those identifiers to the demonstrated kit and showing the agreed observations. Attach your checklist so the request has a clear scope.
Explain the link you need and let them propose a workable recording. A clear sequence from identifiers to the setup could help without needing fancy production.
@NoraChen1192 A continuous recording connecting the identifiers to the task demonstration would establish that the equipment shown is the package intended for your delivery.
I shouldn't have treated demonstration identity as proof of eventual delivery. The video can support identification of the shown setup, with packing and receipt requiring their own comparisons.
The demonstration provides evidence of particular agreed observations on identifiable equipment. Inspection on receipt instead establishes which equipment and contents were delivered.
