Our FR5 vacuum demo used a plain carton. Our filled cartons have taped seams and printed lids.

Send representative packed cartons, not another clean lid somebody has chosen for the camera. What surfaces will the proposed cups actually land on?

One cup position crosses the taped seam. Others cover print. No trial on those yet.

Can the supplier assess those contact positions using your actual packing variation, including how a failed pickup would be detected and handled?

And leave the awkward cartons awkward. If somebody presses every lid flat first, they've added an operation you need to price and staff.

Mina, would you include cartons from different incoming batches rather than several selected from one box of samples?

I've requested that mix, Dinesh. Thanks Mina; manual lid preparation is now part of the trial notes.

Yes, Dinesh. Representative board and surface differences, with the contents packed as Alex receives them. And Alex, note any preparation actually done, not just whether somebody calls it necessary.
