another carton pattern, different reason to consider sheets

Sheets were too much replenishment work on our short-run job. This separate FR10 proposal has longer runs and rotated carton supports over gaps. What would make sheets a fair candidate here, alongside a simpler pattern?

Have packaging define the support the sheet must provide and tooling show how it is handled in the complete sequence. Longer runs may change the cost, but they do not establish that an unspecified sheet solves these gaps.

Packaging has not specified a sheet yet. I'll keep it as an option to assess, not assume any separator from stores will carry the carton ends. Simpler pattern stays in the comparison.

Include sheet supply, replenishment and an interrupted stack in that assessment too. Your earlier labour finding is useful here even if the different run length changes the eventual choice.

Did packaging offer a sheet candidate, or is support still undefined?
