I enabled detailed logging for controller availability logging, and now our diagnostic display sometimes stops updating while the log folder is busy. We're watching Fairino FR10 in a workshop telemetry desk, with a reference coupon as a reference. The cell controls are separate.
I suspect synchronous file writes, but I haven't ruled out communication delays.

Try a controller-free replay of saved responses with a delayed log destination, measuring receipt separately from processing. Does the display still stall?
