I have built two presentation guides for our bagged kits, and the latest bag needs another; the transfer still works after somebody flattens and positions each kit, but I cannot decide whether that is useful automation or an increasingly expensive preparation job.

Compare the whole current method against packing without the robot, using the actual order mix and the person doing the preparation. Agree a limit for the next investigation and what would make you stop, narrow the product range or continue. The guides you already made explain your investment, but they do not tell you whether another guide will earn its maintenance time.
