Ask the fabricator who did it. The route has run out of detail.

And check whether the supplier saw that route. If they only received accepted dimensions, they may not know they are pricing the last page of a longer process.

I would still flag the unexplained work in the estimate. Revision differences mean it needs investigation, not that the new job will automatically avoid it

Both fair. Price the investigation explicitly if needed, then let the current-part trial inform the process. I wouldn't promise either zero correction or the old correction routine from this packet.
