We unpacked the FR10 arm for our housing-transfer bench and checked everything against the complete-package order. Controller and tool wiring adapter missing. The seller says they went separately, but twenty-eight days later we still have no second reference. I've kept the crate and the receiving photographs. I don't want another confirmation that the arm arrived; I want the missing items assigned to a package somebody can actually trace. What should our buyer ask their dispatch contact to identify?
