I cannot justify another puck pickup adjustment from how the tray looks

Each FR10 pickup tweak buys us a little relief at our shared tray station, then the aluminium puck sits less squarely again. The tray looks unchanged. I'd like maintenance to establish what's moving before I agree to another coordinate edit.

Save the current program and the edit history first. Then have maintenance inspect the tray seating, locating surfaces and gripper contacts under the proper isolation procedure. Compare identified trays and pucks. Looking unchanged from the aisle is not a measurement. An external observation of when the puck tilts can help separate poor presentation from a grip that changes it, but nobody should reach in to make that observation.

Maintenance found debris under one tray locating face. They recorded it before cleaning and reseating; the puck presentation is squarer now, but we still have several coordinate edits to review before calling this restored.

Have the return-to-use review name the chosen program, not just the cleaned tray. Keep a comparison across the trays you actually use. The debris is a finding; it doesn't prove every earlier adjustment was compensating for that one condition.
