I bought a complete Fairino FR10 package for loading assembly fixtures from an unnamed seller in China. Only the arm arrived; we're missing the controller and the tool wiring adapter. For 11 days the seller has said they shipped separately without giving a second reference.
Our crate and packaging are still here.
There's a single package identifier on the note, but our order includes the arm, controller, and the tool wiring adapter. I checked all the foam compartments and neither missing item is there.
