Our UR5e delivery is complete except for the extra gripper adapter, and the seller has offered credit without saying how long a replacement would take; I need the spare, not a mystery shopping trip.

Get a price and lead time for the correct adapter elsewhere before accepting credit. And make sure the credit offer names the missing extra, not the fitted adapter. Have they supplied its drawing?
