Arm received. Controller and teach pendant cable absent from our housing-transfer package. Seller says separate shipment, nine days without its reference. We retained the crate and photographed everything received.
Ask them for the packing list and movement reference for the controller package itself, with its crate mark if it has one; repeating the arm's delivery won't locate the missing bits.
Controller package located at their forwarder's store. Cable listed inside it. Seller sent the crate mark and onward booking, not a collection confirmation yet. Setup still waiting.
