Our first comparison missed the fingers opening after release. Ask for the complete loaded tool, actual door geometry and the full removal route, then the empty return. Include the fixture details that constrain the initial extraction.
Supplier has added the complete tool and found the current extraction meets a fixture clamp. Alternative approach is being reviewed. The old clear grip-point sketch is withdrawn from the selection notes.
