I've kept the saved pickup versions for our sleeve job. The side view now shows tilt during closure, not during transfer. What should maintenance compare before deciding which job belongs with repaired hardware?
Compare the sleeve's intended seat and both actual finger contacts with the drawings first; I mean the fitted faces and orientation, not just whether the part numbers look familiar
The sleeve seats flat. One removable pad is sitting proud at its mounting edge, while the other is flush. Maintenance has the drawing and retained sample.
Have maintenance establish why it sits proud and restore the intended assembly before the integrator reviews those pickup changes; don't choose an offset to suit the faulty seat
Maintenance found trapped debris beneath the pad and restored its specified seating. Integrator has the job comparison; handling verification hasn't happened yet, so I've kept the repair and return-to-use decisions separate.
