The planned cover-inspection folder contains moving bright streaks labelled scratches. The station is not commissioned. I need identified physical decisions and controlled presentation evidence before those captions become threshold targets; otherwise we may optimise agreement with the folder rather than inspection of the covers.

Keep each retained cover and region linked to its original views, then have quality establish the appearance decision. Preserve the disputed captions as history, not reference answers. The imaging comparison should retain acceptable reflective surfaces as well as rejects, so reducing glare does not silently erase the required defect visibility.
