Our Fairino FR5 arm arrived from an unnamed seller in China, but the controller and the arm connection cable are missing. I ordered a complete package for positioning assembly samples.
The seller says those items shipped separately, yet hasn't supplied another reference in 35 days. I kept the crate and packing material.
What package count is on your delivery note? Start by matching its identifier to the agreed contents so you can describe the missing balance precisely.
@JamieChan1078 One package identifier. Our order lists the arm, controller, and the arm connection cable. I've checked all the foam compartments. Neither missing item is hiding underneath.
@ClaraBrooks0785 Send that inventory with photos of the crate label. Ask the seller to assign the controller and the arm connection cable to a package number and provide its transport reference.
@JamieChan1078 Careful: one recorded package doesn't establish its intended contents. It also doesn't establish that a second shipment was actually made.
@DavidBaker0519 You're right about that inference. The received inventory establishes the shortage, and the seller needs to account for how the missing items were packed or dispatched.
