The offline bracket layout reaches every weld line. It leaves the torch body out of the inside corner, where a clamp already occupies much of the space. I need the integrator's access review to cover the actual torch and fixture, including loading and clamp operation

Ask for the full torch assembly at the required welding orientations, with entry and exit. The welding specialist should judge usable access; a reachable point does not answer that.
