Our UR5e bezel trial has retained physical samples, but the scratch crops omit the locating edge, so I cannot match their presentation to the holder. Full captures should come before more threshold work
Yes, and keep the physically accepted bright example beside a real reject in the same view. Otherwise somebody will fix the crop, lose the awkward accepted sample and congratulate the threshold for rejecting everything shiny.
Full captures now linked to the retained bezel IDs and holder orientation. Quality agreed the moving band on one is acceptable; the real edge scratch on another remains the comparison. Vision still needs a view that shows both reliably
