Compare the complete order with the packer involved, including preparation, leftovers and changeover, then have the supplier show which tasks remain yours. Keep fixture design, required safeguarding, commissioning and handover costs explicit too; buying an arm does not assign that work to anyone.

Supplier has revised the staffing assumption. Fixture work still unpriced. Packer and supervisor are checking a whole-order comparison before we choose.
