I want the changed finger set assessed before installation. The original trial showed our moulded housings handled by different fingers; the delivered FR5 kit has another contact shape. After 39 days the seller still calls it equivalent without a sample comparison. We have the original samples and trial recording.

Use those retained samples and the original trial scope to request a comparison of the complete replacement arrangement. Include preparation, pickup, transfer and release, with the appearance check applied before and after. The older recording remains useful as the agreed baseline, not evidence that unseen replacement fingers perform the same way.
