We unpacked the arm for our sample-positioning bench and kept looking for another compartment. There wasn't one. Controller and arm connection cable are both missing from the complete package we ordered. The seller says they travelled separately. That's been the answer for forty-eight days, without a second reference. I have our receiving inventory and photos, including the empty packing spaces (we kept the crate). What would you ask for now that couldn't be answered with the tracking number for the arm we already have?

Ask for the missing items' package mark and the actual handover that includes it, with your arm receipt attached as the already received portion. Did the original packing list describe one package or more than one?

Two packages on the packing list. Their dispatch person finally checked and found the controller parcel still at the packing warehouse, never collected with the arm. They've sent an identified current photo and admitted the separate-shipment answer was wrong. Our coordinator is arranging the missing parcel now.

Has it reached you, Leo? The warehouse photo was useful, but I would like to hear whether the controller and that connection cable both turned up in the parcel.
