Include the work before the tray reaches that starting condition

Does either existing video show who prepared its tray, or would that still be a question for the supplier?

Our workshop tray is the normal input. The tidy video's preparation is off camera; the other shows a person rearranging two spacers before the transfer. I cannot price either from the arm movement alone.

Can the rearrangement time be recovered from the second video without guessing?

Useful for describing that demonstration, but would it represent normal preparation? I would request the same complete task boundaries from both before turning a clip duration into a cost estimate.

And ask whether the two rearranged spacers were ordinary incoming variation or a deliberately difficult example, since both tell you something different about the offered process.

The demonstrator's note calls them ordinary input. I have retained that attribution, not promoted two spacers into a failure rate. Both suppliers now have the same incoming and finished-tray description.

Are you requiring identical tooling, or equivalent responsibility for the whole transfer?

Equivalent task responsibility. Different tooling may be the point of comparing candidates; it needs its own preparation, changeover and support work included, not excluded to make the arm footage look comparable.

No new tray offered. I've withdrawn my provisional ranking and annotated what each existing clip establishes. The revised common-task request is out, with responses pending; we have not run another comparison in these two days.

Please return with the preparation answer; that is what these videos left unresolved.
