Why keep moving our FR10 pickup when the sleeve starts tilted?

Our latest FR10 pickup correction helps one tray row and worsens another; the retained clip shows some sleeves tilted before contact, so I want the fitted tray and sleeve seating compared before another point change is kept.

That is where I'd start too. Keep one of the tilted sleeves and one that seats properly with the actual tray, and have maintenance establish the intended contacts before anybody cleans away the clue or swaps in a nicer sample. I would also retain the current and earlier pickup versions with the reasons people gave for changing them. Not because the oldest file must be right, but because once the physical setup is understood, controls needs to decide which edits addressed that problem and which might have had another cause.

Maintenance found a loose support strip under the affected row, and the sleeves are retained with it; the program versions are saved, but I have not called the whole transfer fixed from that inspection finding.

Useful finding. Who owns the repaired-setup check with controls, Nora? I would want the actual support arrangement and the accumulated point changes reviewed together, then the intended tray and sleeve range checked before the handover is closed.
