FR5 loading sketch with no room drawn for the open gripper

They have a gripper model but used the machine catalogue opening. I've asked the machine owner for the installed door position and handle outline.

We found a different door variant in our model after several revisions. Ask for the survey reference on the combined view, so it does not quietly revert later.

Yes. Tool body conflicts with the door handle on the approach. They are checking the farther position with the same complete assembly, not drawing a smaller gripper.

Does the farther stand leave the trolley route usable, including the person steering it rather than only its footprint?

And compare the receiver after unloading. Moving the stand can help the doorway and make the receiving end awkward.

Ada, yes, our existing receiving tray and stand. Amara, the farther position overlaps the trolley turning area on the current drawing. The setter is reviewing whether any frontal position preserves it.

Do not let the first position return as the fallback without its handle clash clearly marked. We nearly selected a superseded layout because its price sheet was easier to find.

What alternative remains if the setter rejects the farther stand? Another tool concept, or no useful loading arrangement in that space?

The setter rejected the farther stand because the loaded tooling trolley cannot turn there. Both positions are out with this tool. Supplier is pricing a different tool concept before we decide whether another study is worthwhile.

Fair result. Keep those rejections tied to the actual tool and positions; you have ruled out two arrangements, not discovered that every FR5 installation is impossible.
