I'm pausing collection of a refurbished FR10 for housing handling. The seller sent an inspection sheet, but it has no unit identifier and the photographs show two different cabinets.
What does the sheet actually say was checked, and have they identified which controller comes with the arm? Could just be mixed sales photographs, but you need that sorted before an inspection quote means much.
It lists visual condition and a demonstration. No measurements or repair details. The seller says one cabinet photograph is old, but hasn't identified the offered set yet.
Ask for identifiers for the offered arm and controller, included equipment and available repair history, then give those and this sheet to an independent assessor for a scoped inspection; your housing task needs its own suitability review too.
