How should I compare UR5e packing quotes with different refill assumptions?

One UR5e insert-loading offer assumes our operator fills every presentation tray. The other includes a feeding concept but no firm tooling price. Our comparison currently treats both preparation costs as zero.

Show the operator's preparation time in the first proposal and an explicit tooling allowance in the second. Leave the uncertainty visible; blank cells are making both offers look finished.

I have separated those lines. The feeding concept also needs our product mix confirmed before its supplier will price it.

We timed a lovely full tray once and missed all the work of making it lovely. Which connector-kit varieties did either supplier actually see, Sofia?

Only the regular kit. The mixed order uses different carton inserts, and neither offer covers that changeover yet.

That needs its own comparison. A feeding concept suited to the regular kit could still leave mixed orders manual, with the training and changeover work shared between both methods.

Include clearing the previous inserts as well as fetching the next ones. Our changeover estimate forgot the half-used material waiting beside the bench, which somebody still had to identify and put away.
