Cannot sign off our FR10 handover with recovery left to my phone

The operators are right to call me, because my spacer-transfer instructions stop exactly where the uncertainty starts. They show a full tray going through our FR10 training cell. They don't say who decides what to do with a held spacer after an interruption. I watched someone follow the sheet, reach that gap and put it down. Quite reasonably. Before I spend another afternoon recording demonstrations, I want to walk through the decisions with them and the tutor. Has anyone used a paper recovery exercise to find these omissions before rewriting the whole handover?

Yes, but let them answer without you narrating the missing steps. You know what the sheet means because you wrote it; the person holding it only gets the words you bothered to include.

We tried it. My instruction confirm clear made one person check the tray and another check the tool. Both thought they'd finished the check. I've taken it back to the tutor so the recovery and the wording can be reviewed together.

There is your missing demonstration. Show those separate checks and what happens when either leaves uncertainty; another clean tray run won't explain it.
