What would turn our missing FR10 kit promise into a supply decision?

Our FR10 main package matches the order, but the promised spare kit including an extra pendant cable is absent while the fitted cable is present; after 24 days of next-shipment replies from the Chinese seller, what should I request for the housing-transfer plan?

Have they acknowledged the complete missing contents, or only the cable? Send the kit agreement with a received-versus-outstanding list so they cannot answer the spare request with a photograph of the fitted one.

They refer only to a future kit, not its individual contents; I already have the agreement and receipt list, so I can attach both to a specific request.

I'm chasing a missing kit on another FR10 order too. I'd ask for the stock position and separate supply proposal for all outstanding items, not just another assurance that the order included them.

Mine eventually proved to be awaiting stock, but you haven't established that here; ask the question without turning an unexplained delay into a stock diagnosis.

Keep the installed and spare references distinct in stores. One correct fitted cable doesn't provide the additional cover the kit was meant to supply.

If purchasing is considering another source, compare the exact missing kit's compatibility and availability before making a price comparison. You can investigate an alternative without assuming that a substitute cable or a partial kit satisfies the original requirement.

I'd hold off on another order until someone owns the first chase. Not indefinitely, but keep the decisions connected; otherwise two people can each try to help and you end up paying for cover twice while neither has reconciled the missing kit.

Kai, ownership matters, but an availability enquiry elsewhere needn't wait for the seller. Dinesh can preserve the original shortage and still let maintenance understand whether a real fallback exists. Enquiry isn't a purchase.

No alternative order proposed yet; I am requesting the seller's item-by-item availability and separate dispatch while maintenance identifies its cover requirement, with purchasing owning the shortage chase.

That keeps the tasks separate. Has the current stores list actually been reconciled against every promised line, rather than assume the absent kit contains only the cable you noticed first?

Yes, receipt list covers all promised lines and the whole additional kit is absent; the fitted cable is recorded only as installed hardware.

Then ask the seller to answer that list directly. A kit-level acknowledgement might be useful, but it should not conceal that some items are available and others aren't, if that is what their check eventually finds.

And keep the answer attributed as their stock statement until shipment or receipt is evidenced; available there is not spare cover on your shelf.

Leah, agreed. I was warning about buying twice, not saying Dinesh must wait to ask another source. He's now got an owner for both the shortage record and any later purchase decision.

Would maintenance accept partial kit delivery as useful cover? Let them decide that if offered, rather than purchasing automatically treating any parcel as resolution.

That question is with maintenance; no partial offer, availability answer or dispatch commitment received yet, so the complete kit stays outstanding while the requests are assessed.
