I taught the FR5 housing-transfer job and wrote a startup sheet. Everyone can complete a clean run, but empty pockets and interrupted runs bring them back to me.
I watched an operator follow my sheet from top to bottom and then turn it over, expecting the missing instructions on the back. There was nothing there. Rather a clear review of my work.
I want to write and practise the recovery cases with the operators and our controls lead. Which decisions should the handover make clear, especially when the saved pocket and physical part position disagree?

Use the interruptions they have actually seen. For each, show what they can check, who owns the recovery and when they must ask for help. Include the unknown-part-position case explicitly.
