Cannot reconcile our FR10 delivered status with the missing pendant crate

I've asked for crate marks and signed handover details rather than another loading photo, but our FR10 consolidated-freight receipt still has an unclear package count. Arm crate is here; the identified pendant-package crate is not. Who should reconcile what the consolidator received with what our workshop signed for?
