What comparison have they offered with your actual shell and receiving pocket? I'd want both complete assemblies identified, including the connected line, rather than another clip of the original tool doing the easy version.
9 pointsOnly the original clip so far. I have requested drawings of both assemblies and a comparison of the changed connection through pickup, transfer and release with our samples.
8 pointsDid the installer get those drawings, Caleb? Also ask whether the original adapter remains available. Comparing the substitute is useful, but it needn't erase the option of supplying what the trial used.
