Our proposed FR5 vacuum tool sealed on a thin aluminium enclosure panel at the bench. The actual supply is a stack. I still need evidence for support through the transfer and for one panel arriving, not just a seal forming.
Was the bench panel separated by a person before the tool touched it? That's the part I'd want to see before treating the report as a stack-handling demonstration.
I would ask the tool supplier to describe the supported panel geometry throughout pickup, travel and release, together with how the proposed system distinguishes one panel from an uncertain pickup.

Only the vacuum signal in the proposal. Nothing explains what happens if another panel comes with it, or if the tool cannot establish a valid single pickup.
And use representative stacked panels in the reviewed trial, not separately prepared examples; the preparation method is part of the proposed process if the supplier requires it.
Nora, that could be a reasonable process too, but I'd want the preparation labour priced. I can't compare automated separation with a person quietly doing it outside the demonstration.
The supplier has offered to discuss stack separation and support in a revised concept. No checking method selected yet. They have not asked us to commit to manual separation either.
I've also added release into the receiving position to the review scope. Holding a panel above the bench would still leave us guessing about the last part of the transfer.
Who will handle an uncertain pickup under that revised concept? I'd like that person involved before a recovery method becomes an awkward surprise in training.
