Our FR10 alignment adapter has a different shoulder from the confirmed drawing

The FR10 configuration was confirmed against our fixture drawing before purchase, but the delivered alignment adapter has a different shoulder and the label carries another suffix. Tooling remains unfitted. I want the actual differences explained before anyone tells the loader this is simply the equivalent version.

Request the delivered assembly identity and applicable drawing beside the confirmed configuration, then have the installer assess the difference against the complete intended tool; the changed suffix alone does not establish its effect, but an unsupported equivalence claim does not resolve it either.

The seller supplied a drawing for the delivered adapter. Its shoulder changes how our fixture bracket locates, and our installer has rejected it for the agreed arrangement. We have asked for the originally confirmed assembly.

Can they supply that assembly, or are they asking you to alter the fixture?

They offered to reimburse local machining first. We declined that route. They now say the original adapter is available and have confirmed the replacement reference, but no dispatch evidence has arrived yet.

Keep the replacement tied to the original reviewed configuration and have receiving check the actual assembly, not only its package label; the installer should receive that confirmation before the tooling review resumes.

Replacement arrived and its actual shoulder and identity match the confirmed assembly. Installer has checked it against the fixture arrangement and closed the mismatch. The substituted adapter is separated under the agreed return reference; it is not becoming an anonymous spare.

Thanks for the outcome. Stores knowing which one not to issue matters too.
