I can't approve our UR5e shipment from this clip. Seller shows a label, then cuts to an arm moving without our housing gripper. What recording would join those dots?
Order identity first. Does your agreed package list identify the arm, controller and tooling as separate items? A label on one crate does not account for all three.
Request a continuous walk-through linking those items to the order, then the agreed handling demonstration with the tooling visible. Keep sensitive labels in the private exchange. What acceptance sequence did you specify?
Could you send a still from their clip with the missing view marked? We had a request misunderstood because close-up meant the part to us and the controller to them.
Useful suggestion. Put the gripper drawing reference beside that marked view so there is less room for another interpretation. Have they acknowledged receiving your sample housings?
We had a handover video with the useful tooling still being made elsewhere. It helped nobody on shift. I'd ask when the assembled package can be demonstrated, because another clip of the arm won't get your operators any closer to starting.
