When does one identified spacer first tilt: in its tray seat, as the jaws contact it or after lifting? Compare repeated seating and the fitted contact geometry against their intended references. Keep the accumulated point changes available for the eventual repair review rather than treating a mechanical finding and the selected program as separate jobs.
Maintenance found a worn locating face in the source pocket, and the retained clip shows tilt before jaw contact. Tooling has specified its replacement; controls is reviewing the compensated pickup with that repair. Transfer verification still pending.
