our fr10 handover receipt points to a warehouse that cannot find it

The seller sent a collection receipt for our FR10 and tray gripper, but the forwarder says its warehouse is waiting for the crate under another reference; what should I ask them to match before I start treating that collection receipt as evidence of where the package is now?
